Lexington is hosting NCAA tournament games for the first time since 2013, bringing large crowds, a traffic advisory, and an expected $10 million economic impact.

The Wofford men's basketball team fell to Tennessee on Thursday night, 77-62, in an opening round NCAA tournament game in Lexington. The Terriers finish the season with a 19-16 record. With the win, the Volunteers improve to 9-0 against the Terriers all-time. Chaz Lanier led Tennessee with 29 points.

The No. 10 Louisville Cardinals and Creighton Bluejays square off in the NCAA Tournament opening round. The teams play Thursday for the first time this season.
