The entertainment giant reported revenues of $22.57 billion in its fiscal Q4, which ended Sep. 30, up 6% from the same quarter a year ago. Income was $948 million, down 6% from a year ago, while diluted earnins per share (EPS) was $0.25, compared to $0.14 a year ago.

The box office success of Marvel’s Deadpool & Wolverine and a solid profit in Disney’s streaming businesses helped lift the entertainment company’s earnings by 39 per cent from a year earlier, even as income at its theme park business dropped.
